Shane, Rocks! As an independent broker he is not tied to a particular big business insurer. He goes out of his way to find those great, smaller companies that offer great rates. Eg. Austin Mutual Ins. Never even heard of them until Shane found them for me. and, what's more, Shane is one of the best pickleball players in Lincoln City. Well...top 5! Can't beat that.

Jack and I have our two homes and our cars insured with Isham & Sprague Insurance Co. Shane always makes time for me when Jack trades in one of our cars and we always have three cars. Since Jack retired his new hobby is cars, so Shane is very accommodating. We cant say enough great things about this insurance company!

My husband and I were retiring to Lincoln City from Montana. I contacted Shane Isham on the recommendation of our Realtor, We were given great advise about insurance agents. I couldn't have done the insurance part of the move without Shane's knowledge and (patience!). While still in Montana, I was able to secure our house and auto insurance as well as flood insurance. Shane was very knowledge about flood insurance and helped me choose the best one four our needs. He is still available if there is a question or problem with any of our insurances. More then once they have come to me for pickup &/or drop off of important insurance information. I'm not even in the town of Lincoln City which they operate out of. Pretty cool & knowledgeable people. Going on 20 + years of doing business with them. They insure my home, business, personal car, business car, everything!!!

I chose this insurance agency based solely on Google reviews. Boy, was that an excellent decision!! Everyone has good things to say about Shane and I have to add to them. Previously I had been on the Progressive website and found it limited and confusing, so I decided to give the agency a call, and was pleasantly surprised when Shane himself answered the phone. In no time at all, I had a new insurance policy soooooo much better than my old one, seriously paying less than half of what I was paying beforewith better coverage. If you are hesitating, just pick up the phone, Shane is so kind and helpful. Its nice to have an experienced professional on your side. After just this phone call, I am convinced I will be a client for life!!
