Like so many other people, I have been frustrated trying to find a dependable insurance company with reasonable rates. I started looking for a new agent in 2022 and came across LG Insurance Group as a possible option. When I initially spoke with Linda Grisset, she provided me with quotes for my auto, home, and umbrella policies. Unfortunately, the rates were not competitive enough to warrant a switch in 2022 or 2023, but she asked if she could continue to provide me with quotes going forward. She reached out again in 2024, and because I was impressed with her persistence and efforts to follow up without any prompting from me, I decided to give her a chance. She took a lot of time trying to find policies that met the criteria I laid out for her, and even though my insurance needs have some unusual quirks, I feel comfortable I made the right choice selecting her as my agent. As a result, I would recommend her to other potential customers looking to make a change.
