Guiding You Through the Insurance Process
Our mission is to provide our customers with the insurance plan that best fit their needs. Most of our customers come from the West Texas area, but we can service most of the state of Texas.
Your insurance needs are our top priority. We will guide you in merging carious insurance policies under the same carrier. Since we are an independent agency, we write for many different companies and "shop around" with all of our companies to save you as much money as possible. Whether you're looking for insurance to cover your farm/ranch, home, manufactured home, vehicle, motorcycle, RV, travel trailer, boat, UTVs, farming implements, life, small business policies, etc., we are the independent insurance agency you are looking for! We have a dedicated staff working together to provide you top-quality insurance services. Our office staff is composed of Lanette Fletcher, owner and principal agent; agents Keith Fletcher and Sherry Bailey; and customer service manager, Annie Heinrich. We have over 40 years combined experience in the insurance industry.
We will sit down with you and go over the policy and coverages you need. We are here to file claims for you as part of our customer service. We will be here to help walk you through buying the policies, servicing the policies, filing claims, and all of your "life moments." It is really nice to talk to a person!
