Timely response and great customer service. Agent showed up to auto repair location and assessed actual vehicle. Also really appreciated direct pay to Shop, so Safeco member does not have to forward 5-7 days delayed check. Auto reply messaging was good so we knew claim was received, even though we were one of a thousand.

Mike Dowling is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about insurance. I recently switched my Homeowners and Auto insurance policies with him as I wanted more personalized service than I was receiving without a local agent.
