I totaled my Audi on the PA Turnpike last month, with my son in the car. By some miracle, we were both fine. Both Miller's and Erie were amazing through the whole process. Concerned, kind, helpful, you name it. Erie was just as nice and helpful as Millerskeeping me informed and up to date on everything. I even made out $2000 ahead on the deal, since it was appraised by Erie for more than I had left for a buyout! They took a terrifying situation and made me feel 100 times better. I was able to get additional coverage and higher elections on some categories for the same amount I was currently paying at another insurance company!

I had Erie Insurance over 30 yrs, my rate stayed level. 3 yrs ago I thought i'd compare Liberty Mutual, which lowered my rate after they knew Erie's rate. Over past 3 yrs with Liberty Mutual, my rate increased every year even though I have never had a citation or accident. I contacted Erie to come back and got the same low rate I had 3yrs ago. Never going for the 'bait and switch' tactics of other Insurance companies again, where they offer a lower rate to switch to them, then drastically increase rates each year. Erie is a very reasonably priced, consistent Insurance Co.
