“In October of 2018 my son was rear-ended while stopped in traffic. The vehicle that hit him was insured by this company. Because the car was 10 years old and because the frame was bent in the accident (it was a hard hit). the car was totaled. It was a cut and dry case, Atlas Holding was on the hook for the accident. It took them until April of 2019, almost six months, for them to finally pay the claim. They strung me along as long as they could. They did not return phone calls, they were always away from their desk when we would call, etc. I understand that this is their standard game, they string people along as long as they can, before finally paying what they owe. This is not a company you want to do business with.”

“Unprofessional and fraudulent. Had to contact them multiple times and demand to speak to a supervisor only to be told that they had "tried" to contact me, which is a blatant lie. As an employer, I filed a claim on behalf of my driver. After a month and a half of waiting for someone to contact me, I finally spoke with someone who asked me to recount what happened in the accident. It was me who suggested she contact my driver, and her response "I don't have his number". No response after another month and half. I e-mail her today and receive a generic response that my driver is at fault and the claim is denied. Nothing more, nothing less. Stay away from these people. They'll definitely be hearing from my lawyers.”
