I can not tell you how awesome of an experience we have had with Brethren Insurance Co. They have not failed us in the 30 years we have had them so far, they have promptly evaluated and fixed our vehicles when needed, not that we have needed it that much, but a couple of broken windshields and my husband's truck being hit in the grocery store parking lot, but no issues with fixing and taking care of us.

I've had Brethren Mutual for 2 years now and I have no complaints. My insurance is top quality with a policy of $100,000/$300,000 full coverage, full tort option for $90.00 a month. I don't believe I could get that type of policy through any other company.

I would not recommend this company at all. Please beware that they do not communicate effectively or assist when you need them the most. They have been happily cashing my checks for the last 20 years, but will not provide any information now that I have filed a claim. We had a pipe burst 42 days ago and they have still not provided me with any information about the status of my claim.
