Global Indemnity Customer Reviews
Yelp |
I inherited an insurance agent for my commercial property purchase in 2005. I kept the same insurance and same agent for 6 years and then my agent was mysteriously terminated by the insurance company that carried my policy. Long story short, my ex-agent dropped the ball (I won't mention names ... but he probably deserve a "F", because I gave him multiple chances to find me a comparable policy). That is when I found Global Indemnity. Jeff Lewis who worked with me and was superbly communicative and knowledgeable. Jeff is well connected with different insurers. I have never had to files a claim in my life at the time so I did not know how important a good insurance is all about. I highly recommend Jeff and Global Indemnity if you have any insurance needs. The insurance that I ended up using was Penn National with Jeff and it is a great insurance company. I recommend Jeff Lewis at Global Indemnity. |

Never use them for your insurance they don't pay if you have a claim. Staff and management are unprofessional, and they lie when it's time to pay. My business was robbed and they don't wanna pay. |
TrustedChoice.com's Final Review
We award Global Indemnity a final rating of 2 out of 5 stars. The company has been around for less than 20 years now and is not rated by AM Best. It's also difficult to find customer feedback, perhaps because Global Indemnity Group refers to a group of insurance carriers.
Overall, we recommend working together with an independent insurance agent to find the right insurance company for you. You might want to skip looking into Global Indemnity Group and its affiliated companies to meet your needs.
