Upon seeking insurance for a commercial property I decided to call several folks I found on the internet, mainly Google and Yelp. Carlos quickly returned my call and got us going. I needed the insurance quickly so I talked to a few folks, getting several quotes. Carlos was one of the first to get back with me with an excellent quote! And I do say EXCELLENT quote. The higher ends of the quotes were $5k with many of them arriving in the $2k range. Carlos got it for around $1k! I quickly moved on this so we could close on the office building.
