“Some drunk driver hit my son at a red light so hard it lifted up my 3500 lbs. 350 van. After it took them over a week to accept liability (even though the driver was given a sobriety test, put in handcuffs, then hauled away) they didn't send out an adjuster. I had to get pictures taken of damage (which was over 5 grand) then sent a quote for 3 grand claiming some damage was done prior to the accident (it wasn't).
